The new Bodhi client library is part of the Bodhi package itself:

[adamw@adam freeipa (f26 *%)]$ rpm -qf /usr/lib/python2.7/site-
packages/bodhi/client/bindings.py
bodhi-client-2.6.2-1.fc26.noarch

I dunno what the status of porting fedpkg to use it is.
