OCaml 4.04.1 was released last month. It is a simple bugfix update which shouldn't bring any surprises.
I'm planning to rebuild the OCaml packages in Rawhide into a side tag today (https://pagure.io/releng/issue/6782). The other change is that since fedorahosted was closed a few months ago, the fedora-ocaml git repository was homeless.
