It is a list prioritising the work that releng is planning to tackle in Fedora 27. Now is a really good time to starting getting Fedora 28 requests in so we can work to scope and prioritise the work, even if all releng ends up doing is proving guidance while you or your team does the work to ensure that it is something we are comfortable delivering.
