It's not actually mirrormanagers fault here. We did get some recent
successfull composes, but until this morning they didn't properly sync
(at least the primary part) to the master mirrors. So, mirrormanager
had nothing to detect, and indeed content wasn't even there. 

Todays compose seems to have finally fixed that up and mirrormanager is
now busy updating. With any luck everything will be back on track this
afternoon. 

This has been a less smooth branching than we have had in a while. ;(
