Seriously, the best way to fix the issue is to have the impacted user
involved to provide necessary data and to confirm the solution works and
remove unnecessary actors.
If you say: "fix it, but I don't care", nobody will do it... It probably
isn't the job of anyone from the devel mailing list to fill this bug,
but if you do so, you might find someone who has the responsibility to
fix it (and talking about DNF, most probably a full time developer).
