Thank you for trying to build YafaRay and I apologize for the problems you are experiencing while trying to build v3.1.1. After v3.1.1 was released, over the last months, in the master branch of the GitHub repository https://github.com/YafaRay/Core , I've been modifying the build scripts to make them easier to build in different OSes and to integrate better with Git tagging system. I plan to include them in the upcoming YafaRay v3.2.0 release. Please try to build the latest master in git instead of v3.1.1 code.
