This. The change page does mention that we're not disabling ABRT entirely, as ABRT already has the needed integration to get core dumps from systemd, thanks to Jakub and the other ABRT developers. We're only disabling the component of ABRT that prevents systemd from seeing core dumps. I'm not sure what additional integration would be desired here.
