I remember before we moved to this new wiki ( I think sometime in
2008? ) I used to get notifications but after migration to this
current wiki I did not get notifications for years and did not pay
much attention there. I then realized that I didn't have those old
wiki page subscriptions in this current wiki account. I then
subscribed to some wiki pages but I never get any single email
notification for any changes to those pages. I can still see I have
few pages subscribed for my wiki account but their changes I can see
only online at https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Special:EditWatchlist

Also, when you open any Fedora wiki page and click on "watch" the
message clearly says that
" The page <pagename> has been added to your watchlist. Future changes
to this page and its associated talk page will be listed there. "
This mean to me that notifications are not available and we need to go
to page https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Special:EditWatchlist and check
if pages on watchlist has been changed in last few days.

Regards,
Parag.
