Note that the release field in the build and the release field in the
error are different ('10.fc26' vs '9.fc26').  I'm trying to build the
newer release.  It's complaining that the older build already exists,
which is technically correct, but that shouldn't prevent the new build
from proceeding.

Also the commit looks correct:
