That does not look relevant (this code only checks if the images
*exist*, it has no idea if they work and doesn't care). And AFAICT,
current composes *do* still have an Atomic disk image:

that's from today's F25 nightly. But the same image wasn't included in
the Beta compose; I'm not sure why not.
