After successful install (for most x86_64 tests), the installed system
boots more or less fine, but often doesn't load a tty on vt1. openQA
expects one, so it fails at this point. In manual testing you can
switch to vt2 and log in.

Nothing *obvious* jumps out as the culprit from the compose changelog,
so might take a bit of digging to figure this one out.

Oddly it does work *sometimes*, just not often...some kind of timing
issue I guess? I'll try and figure it out.
