sure. I think there are a number of things which are "wrong" but not
obviously a specific rule.

For example: Your package seems to have grown by 1.5GB.

or

Hmm - you had 300 provides in the last package, this one has 25000.

that seems _wrong_ but not clearly against any rule. :)
