When checking for Makefiles, in addition to Makefile and GNUmakefile,
also check for *.makefile: this allows {header,footer,app,lib}.makefile
in BaseTools/Source/C/Makefiles to be detected and avoid having
PatchCheck.py complain about tab characters.
