With the introduction of TdxHelperBuildGuidHobForTdxMeasurement in TdxHelperLib PeilessStartup should also be updated. It should call TdxHelperBuildGuidHobForTdxMeasurement to build the GuidHob for Tdx measurement. The deprecated codes are deleted as well in this patch.
