See also: commit d20b06a3afdf ("OvmfPkg: disable no-exec DXE stack by
default", 2015-09-15). That was more than seven years ago, and it's what
git blame master -- OvmfPkg/OvmfPkgX64.dsc | grep PcdSetNxForStack
reports today.
