Good point. I suggest to also define EFI_STATUS_CODE_DATA_MAX_SIZE into
the MdeModulePkg\Include\Guid\StatusCodeDataTypeDebug.h. Its value can be
MAX_EXTENDED_DATA_SIZE + sizeof (EFI_STATUS_CODE_DATA)
