Hi Abner,

I would also like to see some proposals on adding the RiscV CPU scoped content
to the existing MdePkg/UefiCpuPkg instead of adding a new top level CPU package.

There is already some work started to move some of the ARM specific content
from ARM CPU packages into MdePkg.
