acpiview is generating errors for the MADT table when it contains a
Processor Local APIC entry:
ERROR: Unknown Interrupt Controller Structure, Type = 0, Length = 8
Looking at
ShellPkg/Library/UefiShellAcpiViewCommandLib/Parsers/Madt/MadtParser.c:475
I see there's no case statement for EFI_ACPI_6_3_PROCESSOR_LOCAL_APIC.
