I suggest it be updated soon.
I was considering updating pytools to latest while adding the Uncrustify
CI plugin since there's a few changes that affect plugins such as a typo
fix of "GetAbsolutePathOnThisSytemFromEdk2RelativePath" to
"GetAbsolutePathOnThisSystemFromEdk2RelativePath" and addition of a
RemoveTree() function that can be used but ultimately it seemed
unnecessary to introduce the update alongside the other changes already
pending during the extended hard freeze.
I did not look at the edk2-basetools changes in detail but it is quite
old now.

Michael

I noticed that pip-requirements.txt hasn't been updated for quite a
while: it has the following:
edk2-pytool-library==0.10.*
edk2-pytool-extensions~=0.13.3
edk2-basetools==0.1.2
antlr4-python3-runtime==4.7.1
Should it be updated to list newer versions, such as edk2-basetools 0.1.6?
