LI Chao, The best way to share your source code changes with the TianoCore community with a fork of the edk2 repository in your personal GitHub. Create a branch with the proposed changes and send an email with the link to the branch for the community to review.
The edk2-staging repository would be a good second step if the new architecture is approved for the EDK II project.
