Fixes and enhancements to RaspberryPi SMBIOS Types 0, 2, 3, 4, 7, 16, 17, and 19. These were compared against SMBIOS spec ver 3.3, and SBBR ver 1.2, and tested in UEFI Shell with smbiosview.
One issue found in smbiosview (for Type 17, "VolatileSize") and will be fixed as a seperate patch.
