This patch series fixes warnings reported by the VS2017 compiler when the static code analysis option is enabled.
The issues fixed in this series were identified by building DynamicTablesPkg/DynamicTablesPkg.dsc using the VS2017 compiler with the static code analysis option. This v3 patch series is a subset of the v1 patch series and contains the patches for ArmPlatformPkg.
