This v3: * Corrects the bugs Bob Feng pointed out. * Replaces "nmake", "gmake", "win32" and "posix" strings by variables (NMAKE_FILETYPE, ...). * Removes the trailing caret '^' appended at the end of the NASM_INC macro.
