FILE GUID in MdeModulePkg\Universal\SerialDxe\SerialDxe.inf is same to the one gEdkiiSerialPortLibVendorGuid. Its FILE GUID should be updated to another value. https://bugzilla.tianocore.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2144
