UefiScsiLib is designed for the convenient usage with SCSI commands. They should try to align to UEFI definition. If you check current SCSI APIs, their interface matches EFI_SCSI_IO_SCSI_REQUEST_PACKET strut. So, new added APIs had better match EFI_STORAGE_SECURITY_COMMAND_PROTOCOL.
