Hi Liming, As we plan to add new TimerLib to use CPUID Leaf 0x15 (CPU XTAL clock frequency) to calculate TSC to resolve performance value unreliable concern.
As the code review had got approved and planning into 201908 stable tag. Please help to review whether any concern for 201908 stable tag.
