Keyboard shortcut would work on focused paragraph.
Currently focused paragraph is indicated by cursor in code editor.
However, when editor is hide or paragraph output is clicked without focusing
editor, it's hard to indicate user that paragraph is focused. Then it could be
confusing which paragraph will receive keyboard shortcut.
It'll be nice if there're some kind of visual indication of focused paragraph,
like 'simple' looknfeel does
