@HeartSaVioR now ci is passing
This PR make sure RemoteInterpreter.close() call
InterpreterProcess.dereference().
Also simplify code by let InterpreterGroup keep reference to
InterpreterProcess instead of `static Map<String, RemoteInterpreterProcess>
interpreterGroupReference`.
