Seems like spark interpreter cannot run new notebook for the first time
since interpreter takes very long time to initialize.
Travis CI is way too slow so waiting 30 secs is a bit short. Test always
pass via my mac.
I'll try to increase wait time, but please share your idea if you have any
better approaches.
