We're having use case that runs notebook with dynamic variable via REST API.
Though we call REST API, UI will be reflected to show result.
AFAIK, the problem is, UI will not include what's the value of parameters when
calling "run paragraph" to result. It could let users confused.
Instead, moon soo suggests that we can change dynamic form's value, and I also
think it makes sense.
This issue addresses changing dynamic form's value via "run paragraph".
