@jongyoul What's excluded from rat are files that get generated
automatically during the build process -- they are the R equivalent of a .class
or .jar file.
There are two rzeppelin folders. One contains R source code. The other
contains the actual compiled R package.
Console.scala is used to create a virtual interface to R. I believe its
called by an implicit, but that is actually part from rscala that I haven't
tinkered with.
