Release script (dev/create_release.sh) were used to create multiple binary
packages for different combination of Spark and Hadoop version.
After http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ZEPPELIN-160, Zeppelin does not
depends on any specific version of Spark and Hadoop version that used to
compile it.
Therefore, it's okay to create a single binary package while it'll work with
any version of Spark and Hadoop.
