[Zeppelin-239] The elapsed time is displayed on the notebook list
1) Add moment.js library
2) implementation of a 'moment.js' 'time ago' text
3) Each Paragraph dateCreated, dateStarted, dateFinished, the new algorithm
is implemented based on the dateUpdated.
