When searching for notebooks in new UI (`zeppelin-web-angular`), if no results
are found, nothing is displayed. This can make it seem like something went
wrong.
It would be helpful to show a message indicating that no notebooks were found,
similar to how the classic UI (`zeppelin-web`) handles this.
Additionally, it would be nice to show a loading indicator while data are being
fetched.
