I noticed that only some buttons on the action bar had tooltips, while others
did not. To create a more intuitive and unified experience, I propose to ensure
that *all* buttons on the action bar display tooltips on hover.
Additionally, the paragraph controller currently lacks any tooltips, which
could be confusing for users who are new to Zeppelin (like myself). Without
tooltips, it's unclear what each button does, leading to potential usability
issues. Therefore, I plan to add tooltips to all icons in the paragraph
controller to guide users and help them quickly understand the functionality of
each button.
By making these changes, I believe that the overall usability of the interface
will be enhanced, making it more approachable and consistent for all users.
