Since AWS S3 support has been discontinued, the dependencies for helium are no
longer being updated. (below is the code that was previously used)

I will modify the code and replace the deprecated APIs to update helium.json.
Ultimately, I'm trying to automate the update of helium.json using a Github
actions script.
