Starting with a fresh install, create a note called "user/orders". Then, in the
filter on the home page, enter "user". Observed effect - the just-created note
is filtered out. Expected effect: it's visible, since "user" is part of full
name of the note.
For background, we have 100+ users, and most notes are organized into
<user>/<project>/<topic> hierarchy, and many people type their name into filter
bar to quickly find their notes. It worked in 0.8, but no longer works.
