Summary: Cursor jump issue when network speed is slow

Our users frequently experienced the jump issue when weak communications
happened between the client and websocket server.
1) users see this issue when they leave the desk for a while and return to work;
2) sometimes if users have some slow network speed issues, the latency of the
network speed will cause the cursor to jump again.
3) could be a well know issue with ace.js editor
I guess the old Zeppelin 0.6 doesn't have a problem because it doesn't support
collaborate mode.
Now the new version supports that, somehow fails a lot for many reasons.
