Summary: Signing out and signing back in to Zeppelin doesn't work

When you sign in to Zeppelin, a session is established. JSESSIONID cookie is
dropped. Upon signout, this cookie is not cleared. So, if you sign out and then
sign in, users are unable to do so.
This can be reproed on both secure and non-secure clusters
