support of PR#2637 in 0.8.0

Hi All,

Zeppelin 0.8.0 supports Spark 2.3.0. Spark 2.3.0 supports running in Kubernetes 
cluster. Will Zeppelin support working with Spark on Kubernetes?


Will 0.8.0 include the PR#2637?
