The properties of the Quartz Scheduler such as the number of the worker threads
(org.quartz.threadPool.threadCount, default=10) cannot be configurable.
It's preferable that the Zeppelin administrators can modify them. Especially,
it's necessary to increase the number of the worker threads for the environment
under which there're many users, notebooks and cron scheduled jobs.
