[Zeppelin-907] Apply new mechanism to AngularInterpreter

- apply this patch
- `rm -r interpreter/angular/` and `rm conf/interpreter.json`
- build source with maven
- `bin/zeppelin-daemon.sh start`
- Run with Angular
