Apply new mechanism to HbaseInterpreter

This PR applies the new interpreter registration mechanism to Hbase
interpreter.

* Does the licenses files need update? => no
* Is there breaking changes for older versions? => well it's not compatible
with older static interpreter declaration
* Does this needs documentation? => no
