Ah.. Your meaning is that
org.apache.zeppelin.interpreter.InterpreterFactory#isBinded move to Note.java.
Is it right?
Yes, that is exactly what I meant @mwkang !
And while doing so, readability of the piece of the code you are changing
could also be improved with static import.
