Save button is missing on interpreter page.
Steps to reproduce :
* Go to interpreter page (http://xx.xx.xx.xxx:yyyy/#/interpreter)
* Go to Livy interpreter ( It has edit, restart and remove)
* click on edit
* modify property value
It does not have "save" button to save modified changes. Thus, user can not
save changes using ui interface.
