@lresende I have merged both scala 2.11 and 2.10 on lresende#1. Could you
take a look and merge if you think it is good? CI is keep failing on download
spark packages.
After merge lresende#1, it's good idea to merge master to fix problem
reported @chbrown and CI failure. If CI continues to fail after merge master, i
can take a look.
