We deprecated the "/ws/v1/scheduler/node-utilization" and replaced it with
"/ws/v1/scheduler/node-utilizations" as part of YuniKorn 1.5.
Code comments shows removal as part of YuniKorn 1.8. We did not track the
removal and it is still there in 1.8. Adding for 1.9.
