Current webapp is using Angular 18. Angular 18 LTS support ends November 2025.
We should migrate to a later version before the YuniKorn 1.8 release.
Angular 20.0 is due for release soon fits in the YuniKorn 1.8 timeframe.
The upgrade should be planned early in the release cycle to make sure it has
stabilised properly and new dev goes in on top of the updated framework,
