On top of Peter and Wilfred's points, we may need to explore options
available in Ginkgo too as we haven't had a chance to look back at it since
the beginning of the first time setup.

On a quick search, had came across
https://onsi.github.io/ginkgo/#recommended-continuous-integration-configuration.
We might find some useful options in general usage too.

Thanks,
Mani
