The dependabot tried to bump
go.opentelemetry.io/contrib/instrumentation/net/http/otelhttp in PR
[https://github.com/apache/yunikorn-k8shim/pull/690] caused of
[alert|https://github.com/apache/yunikorn-k8shim/security/dependabot/27].
However, it tried to change k8s.io/kubernetes from v1.27.3 to v1.26..0-alpha.1.
It's good to create another PR to fix it.
